“I would strongly advise against using this company. Thankfully the phone was in fantastic condition and I would give a 10 even though it was the wrong colour but the website is awful and the Black Friday gift did not arrive with the phone or on the 24,25th as stated. Customer service is appalling and all you will get is an automated email telling you someone will be in contact in two days but no-one ever will. The telephone number doesn't appear to work either. Great phone arrived but if you have a problem like me you will never get to the bottom of that problem. There are 100s of people who sell reconditioned phones on the web my advice would be to use one of them.”

“Very bad company, quoted £465 for trade in of my phone, once they received it they revalued it at £265 saying the phone had dents in side, I declined and the same day I was offered £280, once again I declined then they offered me £330 and once again I declined simply because I have photos of the phone I sent and there wasn't a mark or scratch on it, always had case and screen saver on. My phone was returned to me and lo and behold there wasn't a mark on it. Not happy being ripped off which is what they were trying to do”

“Ordered inphone12 pro max 3rd November delivery by 8th November. No handset arrived. Despite several email chasers(phone calls never answered) delivery date continuously delayed. Finally cancelled order and confirmation received on the 15th November that refund was processed but would take up to 10 days.
