“I can not really complain about the initial process... I ordered the phone... it was delivered. So far all good. The problem lies in the fact the phone was sent out faulty and bearing in mind I bought a phone so called in "pristine" condition, I find that a little problematic. However, my real issue lies with the company's approach to customer service. To explain further. Although, I have to accept that the T&C's clearly state that for any refunds/exchanges, there is a 14 day window, I now find myself with a phone which has a faulty inner speaker, which unfortunately, did not come to my attention within that 14 days window. On raising this problem with this company, I was referred back to the T&C's... simply put - there would be no exchange or refund for me only the cost of a repair for (let me remind you), a faulty item which should never have been sent to me in the first place... as it was faulty. So there you have it... make of this what you will. In my opinion - and in my industry - there would have been no such quibbling over clearly what should be a simple..."No problem sir, we will exchange that faulty item as clearly, it was our fault for sending it to you in the first place" - I think that is what you call good customer service, and unfortunately, this company does not seem to adhere to that practice. So take my advice... BE AWARE! Happy Christmas 🤷🏽♂️😖😳”

“They Recieved my phone on Saturday, contacted them Monday as I hadn't heard from them. They said they didn't have any deliveries over the weekend despite dpd confirming it had been delivered.
Tuesday comes and I finally recieve a response despite 2 emails and 3 phone calls (which didn't answer). Email response was "we get over 300 emails a day and our phone lines are all outbound and not inbound" despite their website showing 2 phone numbers to call for customer service.
The same person confirms the package went to their London office instead of their main office in Coventry, not my problem since they are the ones arranging the dpd collection and that in a few days it will be with them and they can check it over and pay me out. I revised that their website says "paid out on same day of receiving your device" (blatant lie)
Asked to open a complain on Tuesday and a manager to respond to me within 48 hours. No response, no notifications oh but I did get an email from their sales team asking to send the device still!
Shambles, I've used alot of selling companies, avoid this one at all cost. Still to this day, no update, no payment, no phone and £500 out of pocket.”

Our records do not show an order placed under your details, and unfortunately, the parcel arrived without any accompanying note or identifier. This led to your device being placed in quarantine as we could not ascertain its ownership.
We acknowledge that the package was inadvertently sent to our London office instead of the main office in Coventry. We understand that this is not your concern, and we take full responsibility for the internal misrouting. We have since taken measures to ensure that such an error does not recur.
Regarding the payout for your device, our policy is to process payments on the same day we receive the device. However, due to the aforementioned issues, there was a delay in identifying and processing your device. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred and for the email from our sales team, which was sent in error.
We have now returned the device as per your request.
