“There is so much wrong with this company, it's hard to know where to start ....
Purchased a handset in Excellent condition. The order confirmation email stated I had bought a handset in Good condition. After contacting them, they said it was their mistake but they would send a phone in Excellent condition.
Handset took ages to arrive. At one point they sent an email with an order status update which ... did not include the status of the order.
They also mention that you can check the status of your order online, but there is (another) bug that doesn't allow you to login to your account or reset your password.
Received the phone. It was not in excellent or good or even fair condition. Full of scratches everywhere. Emailed back saying that this was not a phone in excellent condition. They've asked me to send the handset back, which I did out of my own pocket. Meanwhile they did not process my refund and they refuse to answer any of my emails.
I will post my bad experience with Smart Cellular on every website I find where you can leave a review.”

I had to check this with my daughter as was a different colour and did have a bit of trouble getting through on the phone. I did however get through and online chat facility was good.
The phone arrived the following day and the condition of the phone was absolutely perfect.
