I had a really bad experience with smart cellular, the condition of the phone battery wasn’t as described and when sent for replacement took them ages and I’ve got a older model in fair condition (I’ve paid for iPhone 11 Pro 256gb excellent condition and the replacement was iPhone 7 64GB fair condition) . They barely answer the phone and kept repeating the same questions when replying on email, the refund process took over a month . Maybe it was bad luck , maybe Christmas shopping overload, not sure.

Phone was not in the excellent condition it was described to be in. Arranging the return and refund involved many emails and being passed between departments but got there eventually.

Didn't receive the proper charger and after asking twice about it I still haven't received it. The person dealing with it was not helpful at all. Basically told me that if you didn't want to give a charger with the phones then you don't have too. I've bought a few phones here over the years but won't be buying any more.

Very happy with my new phone. It was 'pristine' as advertised. The colour I'd wanted wasn't available so I had agreed to take a different colour. When the phone arrived, though, it was the original colour I'd ordered :-) Worth the little wait. Secure delivery, fully trackable. Highly recommend Smart Cellular.

Phone was faulty when it arrived. Sent it back. Took over a month and still didn't get back to me. In the end I asked for money back and they kept the nice I phone box I sent it back in.

The sale and delivery (once initiated) was very efficient and the product was exactly as advertised. There was a worrying stony silence for about 5 days after purchase and before the delivery shipped.

This phone arrived in great condition, without a mark on it, much better than expected! The phone works great, it is as good as a new phone, battery life is great, screen and phone do not have any marks. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another device!
