“The phone is fine but it was dispatched very very late and communication was poor. I messaged many times to find out where the phone was as it was needed by a certain date. Replies were very slow and didn’t explain when the phone would arrive. When I asked for a refund, I was told it had ‘just been dispatched’ so I would have to return it by a certain date for a refund. (This wasn’t the case as the postal service didn’t mark it as dispatched until the following day). I had explained several times that as it was very late nobody would be there to receive it but it fell on deaf ears. I had to contact the courier to rearrange delivery which was extra hassle as we were away at the time.”

“I bought it because it said next day delivery. After purchasing, I received an email saying it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. It would still be fine if that were the case but a week passed without a dispatch email. I called the customer service and was told it would arrive in a few days. It didn't. I received a dispatch email 13 days after purchase, stating the product would be delivered the following day. It didn't. It got delivered 2 days later. And the worst part is that, even though I paid for the pristine grade, the phone had a lot of dent marks on the sides.”
