The phone arrived in good time and so far appears to be perfect, although it is yet to be turned on and used as it has been bought as a gift.

Terrible service. I returned a phone exactly as instructed within the 30 days on 29th November with all the information required inside. Despite promises to confirm receipt within 48 hours they still haven't done so even after I've chased several times and provided them with visual proof of delivery from the post office. I now have to waste even more time pursuing a claim through my credit card company - AVOID!

Item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive even though the estimated delivery date was only a couple of days after my order. Item arrived in good condition. Can’t comment on it yet because it’s a Christmas present.

Whatever you do, do not fall into the trap of sending your phone to this company to sell. When you go online they will offer you an overinflated price for your phone. When you have posted it they will offer you upon inspection a very low price. When you decline their offer they wont send your phone back, they will offer you £10 more and delay responding/sending the phone back. you will need to keep emailing them because no one will ever answer the phone at customer service. You need to keep emailing them. They will charge you £8.15 to return your phone claiming you will be insured for up to £500 but only send it by Royal Mail 24 which only insures it up to £150. They are rogues and most of the dirty reviews which you see are what you will experience. I am seeking legal advise on how to persue this with trading standards and other regulatory bodies. Tim is a highly unreliable individual who you wish you never crossed paths with! Watch out, you will never be able to get hold of them on the phone! Get involved with this company and you will regret it for life, trust me! It is likely the company will send a response stating how sorry they are and for me to contact them for assistance which I have been doing for two weeks but they wont actually do anything to resolve the issue. Just today Tim emailed me stating that if I took all my reviews off he would refund the postage which is threatening blackmail

The phone I received had a few minor scratches on the screen. Although I would have given a 5-star review, the order was not sent in a timely fashion. I had to contact customer support twice before the Samsung S20 Ultra was finally posted. The 24-hour delivery took 4 days in transit, which makes me hesitant to purchase from this company again in the future

I'm so pleased with my phone from Smart Cellular. The phone was in great condition, no screen scratches and just as described. There was a slight delay with postage which meant my order was despatched a bit late but they kept me updated and even sent a bar of chocolate with my order which was such a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely order again.

Confirmation of order was received for 4 days after order was placed but money was taken immediately. It was also difficult to get hold of some one to check on delivery. Phone was packaged well and is in good condition.

Delivery was slow and the colour did not match the order. The iPhone is in nexcellent condition - pretty much as new and the price was competitive.

Great customer service & really competitive price for iphone 11 pro max in pristine condition. Delivered item is immmaculate and cost only £20 more than other sellers wanted for same model with 50% less memory and visible damage to body and screen. Had to wait an extra 2 days to get the colour I ordered, but was informed immediately & choose this over alternative colour that was due for dispatch within hours.
