“Gave them 1 start as I couldnt give a zero. Ordered a phone from them 10 days ago and paid for it. 5 days later get notification from Revolut that the payment was refunded. Now the price is 200euro more and they say they wont honour the original price on the order.

“They do not deserve any stars. I bought a iphone for my son who identified in a day that it was not a real iphone. Sent it back and they claimed the screen was cracked and sent back a photo of the screen with a small hairline crack, refusing a refund or exchange. In me wisdom I realised that an original screen should not break like that. My son and I have been to a selection of 5 different mobile repair stores from the kiosk in the corridor of a shopping centre to Registered Apple stores. They all say the same thing that the phone has been put together with 3rd party parts. We have a diagnostic report from Apple stating that the phone should not have been sold. SMART CELLULAR refused to accept this and said the refund or replacement is rejected because 'you broke the screen'. Unacceptable service.”
