Took really long time to get my order. My first order i waited over a month emailing a lot got late response on my email. My order was always about to get shipped but nothing happend. One time i was told that it was with the dispatch team to be shipped but when nothing was shipped few says after that I emailed again, then they told me that it was cancelled (i for sure didn’t cancel and did not get a email from them about that) I already waited over a month. So they told me to order it again and they would ship it right away , so i did. But still nothing was shipped I waited over a month to get my order. I ordered pristine phone, i got nice looking phone but the battery health was not good only 75%.

Bought an Iphone just before Christmas for my daughter and I have to say it was in pristine condition. If I'm looking for another phone in the future will definitely use again.

Do not dispatch within the time frame given Then sent the wrong Mobile Phone. Very very poor communication, leave messages on the telephone as they do not answer. They do not respond to Emails! Then sent me an invoice for an additional payment for the handset the sent as it was more money. Raised it with PayPal, they did not communicate within a good time frame with PayPal. From start to finish I only received my refund on 12th Feb 2024 when I raised the issue on 4th December 2023. PayPal ruled in my favour but never received the Special Delivery postage fee that I had to pay for this Companies error. My advice would be to avoid at all costs. I only gave 1 Star as you are unable to review without selecting a Star rating.

Great looking phone. We had issues with delivery. Also tried to reach Smart cellular by phone with the number provided no answer. They did get back via email after leaving a message on the chat bot. The phone was for our granddaughters birthday and it arrived a day late. We ordered the phone 10 days before her birthday. We thought that would be in plenty of time.

Bought a pristine graded IPhone 13 after my old one got stolen. The quality is excellent just like new, battery capacity is at 94%, so pretty good still. Probably the best offer with a wide range of options. Very happy and highly recommended.

Lots of choice. Good price and the iPhone was in A1 condition, much better than I thought the phone would be in. 1 day late than the estimated time but that's not a problem. My boy is happy.

I sent a brand new I phone 13pro max as Smart Cellular offered the best price at £520 . When they received it they got back to me to offer £250 ! I rejected and requested phone back . They then offered £265 as they advised there were marks on the phone !! Phone is now back with me ( no marks anywhere ) it’s definitely put me off selling on line in the future
