“I cancelled the order as it wasn't delivered in time for my daughter's birthday, despite ordering 8 days prior. I was promised a refund within 10 days. However 9 days after cancellation, a phone was delivered to my house. I've had to send it back at my expense and still not received a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I ordered a phone for my son’s birthday and selected iPhone box , the phone arrived a week later and it was in really good condition. However the box and charging cable never arrived. “Absolutely shocking Company, avoid at all costs. Bought a iPhone December 2023 which arrived 2 weeks late and was faulty, returned it twice but they could not fix it, I refused collection from the postman and it was returned to Smart Cellular. They have no idea where the phone is which is easily solved by using the tracking number they used to accept it back. They would not share the tracking number so I can do no more. The result is that I have lost nearly £300 and don't even have a faulty phone. STAY CLEAR”
