“Absolutely shocking, 1st phone sent was the wrong grade & wrong colour! Second phone wrong phone! Third phone damaged beyond a joke, ordered pristine, return cost still not covered! Repeatedly asked, emails ignored, thank god I payed for all 3 via PayPal! Disputing I returned 3rd phone, I have RM receipt via special recoded, photo proof of delivery, tracking signature and I’ve had to escalate to PayPal! To top it off this whole process has now been 5 months from first phone, do not expect a fast delivery, do not believe any email regarding dispatch, it’s all lies. One issue you could let slip, 3 and then play games and I loose money! Total clown show, I’d be amazed if anyone ever gets the grade/colour/spec phone they purchased, case in point my return photo from RM showed countless & I mean countless returns, save, time, saintly & money, any company but these jokers or should I say scammers as that’s what they are.”

“The phone when it arrived was, as advertised, in pristine condition. It was relatively easy to transfer details and data from my "old" phone. Now operating the new phone I am very happy.
However, there were some issues earlier in the process. I ordered the phone on a Sunday but, other than an acknowledgement, I received no other communication. The site stated that phones would be despatched within 2-3 working days yet I heard nothing. In response to an email the company's reply to me stated that they had arbitrarily changed delivery to 3-5 working days. The phone eventually arrived a week after I had ordered it. The supposed "signed for " Royal Mail delivery involved the postman just pushing it through my letter box! Luckily I found it and no damage was done.”

“I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra on 19th July and it was delivered on 20th. It was listed as 'very good' condition, and apart from some very light scratches around the usb port it was perfect. Having upgraded from a S10 setting up the phone was a doddle, and I am delighted with the purchase. No issues with the phone, so I don't know what customer service is like, but there were several emails (from Royal Mail) advising of the delivery, and one from Smart Cellular reminding me to claim my free earpods, hence this review.
