“Very competitively priced phones. The first one I received was not in the pristine condition I had ordered but once returned, I received a perfect replacement. This all took time though and left me without a phone for over a week.”

“Phone arrived in stated time and was a very good price but there were a few more visible scratches and marks on screen than I would have expected for a "Pristine" phone. In my opinion, although the rest of the phone was pristine, it should have been labelled very good or excellent because of the light screen damage. On balance kept the phone as it was a good price and with screen protector on all was good.”

“Ordered Samsung s22plus pristine on 31 Jan, subsequently received 2 emails to inform of delays and eventually, after a few anxious days of email exchanges and phone calls, I received the phone on 8 Feb. These interactions were not great, it was like talking to robots that couldn't stray from the party line. They wouldn't answer questions such as "why is it delayed?" or rather worryingly "does the phone exist/is it in your possession?". Without the delays and the brick wall interactions the rating would have been a 5 as in fairness, emails were promptly responded to and it was easy to get through on the phone and, most important of all, I am delighted with the phone, which looks brand new to me and very good value at the price. So Smart Cellular, you have a good product offering but I do feel that your staff could be more open and reassuring (especially with a new customer like me) when there is a delay, or better still do not over promise on delivery times.”

“Easy to order, delivery on time. Both phones are in excellent condition. S22 mobiles. Ordered in pristine condition, all that is visible on both phones are tiny scratches on the edge trim predominantly where the charger enters the phone. Very minimal and so far...very pleased.”
