“Don't be fooled by the impressive web page, and that where it ends.
I've waited one month and still nothing only emails saying it will be with you be the end of the week or middle of next week, email after email. I've sent and returned a lot of emails and you get the same information back emails saying same its with dispatch.
Requested refund on several occasions, I still get emails say my phone will be delivered ETC, ETC. This is now getting on for a one month and still know 10 day refund as promised, all you will get is, delay after delay , after delay.
I have been advised and now in communication with Trading Standards, so ensure you keep all your emails and correspondence, and just about to appoint my solicitor to return my monies and professional cost. " ALL BECAUSE THEY WONT ISSUE THE REFUND. This must be one on the worst ineffective companies I've ever used. The page is asking me to tick a box of how long its taken to get a refund, but it only goes up to 14 day”

Delivery was a few days later than originally promised (customer service responded quickly to my email regarding delivery), but when the phone arrived, it was well packaged. There are a few small scratches around the edges of the phone, but these aren't visible as I have it in a case.
The phone works perfectly so far and is a big upgrade on my previous phone.”
