“Not quite pristine but still very good.
It arrived well packaged and on time. It however was not quite in the 'pristine' condition described. On 2 of the corners (back side) there were chips and dents to the case. Emailed customer services who seemed disinterested in trying to resolve this issue. A simple downgrading to 'excellent' would have meant 5 star review but it wasn't too be.
I have decided to keep the phone as the rest is perfect. There are no scratches to the screen and the battery health is 96%. It was also the cheapest around, by some way.
I would use smart cellular again as all resellers can experience grading issue.... Most would try to resolve the issues though.”

“I have to unfortunately write a bad review for my purchase of a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 5G.
It was supposed to be in "pristine" condition which means no visible scratches on the phone. However there was a few scratches on the screen with particularly one scratch standing out more than the others.
Moreover it took nearly a month to get the phone delivered to me.
I did ask for some kind of compensation for this, but have received none.
I have nothing good to say about Smart Cellular. I'm sure they can do better than this though.. I give 1 star because the phone arrived.”
