“I bought a phone for my daughter on 27th November 2023. In early December when setting it up I discovered it was NOT unlocked as it had been advertised and therefore was unusable. Despite several emails requesting help I had nothing but an automated email. When I requested a return I had no contact. When I returned the item on 11th December (tracked as requested) I got no confirmation or refund. I have escalated this to Paypal but the case automatically closed even with a poor response from them saying they would look into processing the return. I have provided photographic proof of return delivery but on 24th January I am still awaiting my refund. I have re-escalated this to Paypal and will now be contacting my credit card company.”

“I sent my phone back as I couldn't get a reception on it with any similar card . I have repeatedly tried to phone and I have also sent emails ,with no answers back . “So far have not received a phone that works, I ordered an iPhone 11 on a Monday received it on Wednesday but display did not work sent an email straight away received one back on Friday saying to send it back for refund or replacement sent it back that day received package and thought it was an exchange but it was the same phone I returned and a letter saying it had a non genuine display and they did not sell phones with non genuine displays. I contacted you straight away but have still not had the courteous of a reply. The phone I returned was the phone I received so must have slipped through the net.”

“Received a quote of Ā£465 for a pristine
iPhone 13 Pro. Sent off and my quote has now changed to Ā£275! Iāve emailed asking for the phone to be returned as I have received a quote for much more from another company.
The number on the phone is also false! Beware!”

“Very competitive price, the phone was in great condition (pristine as advertised) and delivered a few days earlier than first advised. Only negative comment to make is that the phone was not properly "erased" or "reset" upon receipt and I spent a few hours working out why I could not transfer all my data from from my old iphone (using the Quick Start function).
