“Smart Cellular made buying another phone very easy. I have used re-conditioned phones for some years now and prefer the economy. “I bought it because it said next day delivery. After purchasing, I received an email saying it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. It would still be fine if that were the case but a week passed without a dispatch email. I called the customer service and was told it would arrive in a few days. It didn't. I received a dispatch email 13 days after purchase, stating the product would be delivered the following day. It didn't. It got delivered 2 days later. And the worst part is that, even though I paid for the pristine grade, the phone had a lot of dent marks on the sides.”
