Only issue we had is the wrong colour was sent, trying to get hold of customer services was a nightmare, a solution of a partial refund was offered but as yet has not been actioned.”

I'm still waiting for the correct phone ( 19/12/24) was ordered at the end of November and is is Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter so she will feel great when she finds out her dad has got nothing for her for Christmas. 2 phones delivered wrong and still no warranty card either .Email responses take ages online chat is a waste of time all u get is we understand you're frustration and nothing else no help at all . They take your money, tell u it will be delivered in 2-3 days then it’s 5-7 been 10 days since I paid for the phone and still hasn’t arrived but apparently shipped 6 days ago. Useless customer service staff and when u complain u get told to email sales so you do that and they send a generic email that all orders will be delivered by end of this week ….yeah right am going to raise transaction with my bank once it’s been 14 days as they’re ignoring my request of a refund. Don’t know how they even are open or how any of the staff even managed to get jobs as half of them can’t even spell or make sense and all give u robotic answers and never actually answer your questions. “We were looking for a reconditioned phone for our daughter who wanted an IPhone for xmas. After looking into the best phones for her we looked on several sites and who either had the phone at a costly price or was out of stock or looked a bit used. We then came across Smart Cellular who had the phone stating it was pristine at a reasonable price. We were kept informed constantly about what was happening with it and it arrived earlier then stated, and yes it was pristine would never have known it had been used. It was packaged excellently and can't fault the service would recommend the site.”
