Delivery was free and within a few days. The 18 month warranty really surprised me, as I expected a maximum of 12 months warranty. “Great value for the product and teh condition was fab. However it took 3 weeks not 3-5 days to arrive. Emails were answered but it was difficult to get through on the phone and after a few days I thought we had been scammed. However we hadn't and I have a very happy son.”

“Ordered a iPhone 16 pro wasn’t delivered on date they say I’ve tried to get refund but they are refusing to refund money I’ve now had to escalate this to my bank to get refund as they don’t care about there customers I would advise anyone to stay away from them don’t give them your money as u will have a fight on your hand trying to get this back”
