“I cancelled the order as it wasn't delivered in time for my daughter's birthday, despite ordering 8 days prior. I was promised a refund within 10 days. However 9 days after cancellation, a phone was delivered to my house. I've had to send it back at my expense and still not received a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I ordered a phone for my son’s birthday and selected iPhone box , the phone arrived a week later and it was in really good condition. However the box and charging cable never arrived. I emailed in to say the box and charging cable were not present in the delivery and I got a response about 5 days later saying it would be sent. It’s now 3 weeks later and nothing.
