“I have forwarded my phone for recycling after receiving a headline price for it. I was not happy with the eventual valuation and ultimately asked for it to be returned. This company gives the impression they do everything quickly that is far from the truth. My payment for return postage is shown by my bank as paid to their account on 7th October. I have heard absolutely nothing from them and my phone has not arrived back within one day. Phoning you get told you are in a queue swiftly followed by “there is no one to take your call”. Email responses are not much better usually asking the customer to take some action or repeat information already given to them more than once. So this is one seriously hacked off, if tech savvy octagenarion!”
