Promising to "reach out" to me but never did.

We then came across Smart Cellular who had the phone stating it was pristine at a reasonable price. We were kept informed constantly about what was happening with it and it arrived earlier then stated, and yes it was pristine would never have known it had been used. Returned the phone, and 2 weeks later they still couldn't acknowledge receiving the return so wouldn't process a refund, i had to call my bank and seek a refund under a disputed transaction, told them this and they didn't even acknowledge that!
They do have cheaper phone, but with that comes cheap service. Worst customer experience I've ever had from any company.”
