Do not buy anything from this place...paid for a phone 8 weeks ago..they sent wrong phone out to me then I paid to return it straight away and returns said they would send dispatch date out soon and now after countless emails still nothing..8 weeks on..this was a Xmas gift for my daughter and now I have nothing...no one will help me on the chats nor the emails...terrible customer care...I'm just left waiting now..

Very happy with product as described. Spoke to Customer service for updates on expected delivery and they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store for quality phones at affordable prices.

I paid extra for a phone in pristine condition but it came covered in scratches. I rand and left messages and emailed but nobody has responded to me. Do not order from this company!

We ordered a phone for my son on November 20, at first they lied until December 11 that the phone would be sent soon. So refused. Now we've been waiting a week for our money to be returned. The most terrible store with disgusting service. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything here.

Simply awful. I would avoid this business like the plague. After cancelling my order this company dispatched it anyway 7 days after cancellation. When returned it took over a month to get my money back and then only because I went through PayPal. Still have not received the promised cost of return postage. All in all it took 2 months.
