“I ordered an iphone advertised at āpristineā condition but it turned out it had a large scratch at the front top corner which was very visible. A pristine phone should look like its brand new. I complained via email to customer services and asked for the iphone to be downgraded to āexcellentā condition rather than āpristineā and be given a partial refund. I deemed this to be fair for the state of the phone. I was ignored despite multiple emails for over a month. As a customer I do not appreciate being ignored. I decided to leave two stars for this experience instead of one because there are no issues with the phone function, simply the appearance.”
