“The price for my Samsung was competitive, it was the best refurbished price I could find. The delivery said next day but my phone didn't turn up next day. In fact I got no communications at all about the delivery, but the support team were communicative. They originally told me it would then be another 7 days which was frustrating but it actually got delivered without warning only 1 day late. The phone is really good quality and works perfectly. Overall happy with Smart Cellular. The only thing is that I'm unsure how to claim the free insurance.”
