“I purchased an iPhone 12 as a Christmas gift. The phone arrived with a LCD screen when it should have had an OLED display. I contacted them and advised that I'd like to return the phone for a refund and they told me to go ahead. They received the phone back on 5th Jan and I have still not received my refund. “They offer you an attractive trade-in price for your phone, then claim it has been regraded due to its condition on arrival, and offer you just 50-60% of the original amount. The phone I sent to them had been in a protective case and had been used once per day, for two months, by an elderly relative. It was perfectly packaged. They simply try to rip you off.
