“Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered phone and because they wanted some extra unnecessary information I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 10 workings days. This didn’t materialise. Communication is non existent as all emails were ignored. Bought through PayPal so got them involved after which I had an email to say they had dispatched the phone even though I’d cancelled it. Needless to say they hadn’t. It’s now nearly 7 weeks since I cancelled the order and the refund still hasn’t been issued. The smart thing to do is avoid this company”

“Next day delivery was a massive let down only reason I went with them because they advertise next day, the phone wasn’t in the Royal Mail system till a full week later!! No communication from smart cellular they ignored my request to cancel it or even update me on delivery!
