“Strongly advise against selling your phone through this company. They deceive by sending emails promising phone calls to confirm details and process payment, which they never do. They either claim to have called without doing so or fail to follow up altogether. To date, I have not been able to retrieve my phone or the £700 payment owed to me.”

“Sealed phone sent and they said wasn't in correct condition so offered me £200 rather than £335 quoted. It was new and sealed!
No reason has been given for the reduced price. The new price they've offered is below what they advertise as being for a "Good" phone on their site!

Now they have written to me that they can only sell the phone for £200 and that I need to pay for them to return it to me, despite their site stating:
We promise to pay you 100% of the price quoted or we'll send your iPhone back free of charge!

Once we receive your phone or device, if we find they do not meet our Terms & Conditions of Supply and the order value needs to be amended, we will email you a revised offer for your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with the revised offer, you can request to have the revised phone or device returned to you FREE of charge. Revised orders will be automatically processed for payment if you do not reply to our revised offer email within 14 days. Price promise does not apply to blocked (registered lost/stolen) phones or devices.”

“Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 in Pristine condition with original Samsung box and original Samsung charging cable. One day after ordering I received an email advising the chosen colour was unavailable. Waited a week before the phone was sent in the post.
It arrived in an envelope, no original Samsung box or charging cable and the phone was scuffed on all 4 sides.
Responses to my emails since have gone unanswered. The contact phone number listed on the website does not exist. Bad experience all round, don't fall for the cheap costs advertised.”
