“I cancelled the order as it was taking too long for the delivery to be dispatched. I was told I would get a refund within 10 days. However, I didn’t get anything despite repeatedly being told it was being escalated.
The item was then dispatched to me (nearly one month after the order) and upon receiving it, it was not as described. I originally purchased an iPhone in “pristine” conditions but the iPhone I received clearly has visibile scratches on the screen. I also did not receive the return label nor the warranty card, although that’s what it says on your website. I will now have to send it back, and once again wait for my refund. Terrible customer service.”
