“Terrible company.
No communication until wanted to cancel offered a set of EarPods as compensation but never sent them. Phone took well over a week to come and wasn’t in the greatest of condition. Be very cautious as they advertise an address on the web site but when you receive your order it comes from a very different location. Also don’t waste your time calling as you won’t even get a reply.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.”

“Offer dropped by two thirds
I was expecting Smart Cellular to ultimately offer less than initially quoted - this is just how these businesses work once you have sent in your device. But dropping it by two thirds, when the handset is in very good conditions? It's a very dishonest practice and I will not be recommending them to others.
I contacted them to complain, and their offer for the phone went down rather than up...”

“So far no good ... They are only good to deliver when they have the phone in stock apprently... Deliverey becomes a disaster when they take your order and need to find you a phone... So even if you pay for Premium delivery there is no guarantee you will receive your phone by the time they promised. So if you are buying a phone as a present and need it to arrive on time AVOID buying from here.. Customer service turns silent when they are squeezed.”

“The order took a very long time and I didn’t get an update. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks. I tried to call but did not get an answer and nobody rang me back. I was also told I would get free ear pods and haven’t received them.”
