“The price of phone was good but delivery very late and after many times trying to contact them was told that they were out of stock and would send as soon as possible. Unable to speak on phone, did not answer texts and it took three times on the ‘live chat’ to find out what was happening. I also sold my old phone to them and am still waiting for my postage to be refunded after sending copy of receipt as requested which was sent on the 8th February.
