“I purchased a Galaxy S23 Ultra on 19th July and it was delivered on 20th. It was listed as 'very good' condition, and apart from some very light scratches around the usb port it was perfect. Having upgraded from a S10 setting up the phone was a doddle, and I am delighted with the purchase. No issues with the phone, so I don't know what customer service is like, but there were several emails (from Royal Mail) advising of the delivery, and one from Smart Cellular reminding me to claim my free earpods, hence this review. So far, 5 stars, no complaints.”

“Had to speak to customer service as their discount code kept stating invalid. Turns out you can't barter with the AI and then use the code. I had to empty the basket and start again, and then the AI got the hump with me and upped the price, so I then waited until the next day to go back and barter again to get the best deal. (All my fault for trying to be clever).
The Samsung S23+ I bought was as described works great and looks like new, the price was reasonable and the delivery was spot on.
