“They do not deserve any stars. I bought a iphone for my son who identified in a day that it was not a real iphone. Sent it back and they claimed the screen was cracked and sent back a photo of the screen with a small hairline crack, refusing a refund or exchange. In me wisdom I realised that an original screen should not break like that. My son and I have been to a selection of 5 different mobile repair stores from the kiosk in the corridor of a shopping centre to Registered Apple stores. They all say the same thing that the phone has been put together with 3rd party parts. We have a diagnostic report from Apple stating that the phone should not have been sold. SMART CELLULAR refused to accept this and said the refund or replacement is rejected because 'you broke the screen'. Unacceptable service.”

“Still awaiting a refund after cancelling the phone before dispatch, don't seem to know of coming or going, be very careful (didn't deliver in time frame stipulated which could have left my son without birthday present so had to cancel and by elsewhere), only way to contact is via email which takes atleast 48 hours a time to reply”

“I bought a Samsung 24 which I am happy with. There was an error with the headphones I was sent and apparently I have to bear the cost of this mistake. Now, after a ridiculously long set of email comms I can honestly say I would NOT recommend Smart Cellular, because their customer service is so poor.
When I bought my new phone I was asked if I would like to buy headphones/ earbuds to go with my phone. I naturally assumed I was buying wireless ear pods - after all the phone I was buying did not have a jack point and, by the way, at no point was there any reference to the ear phones being wired. Obviously I was surprised when I received wired earphones. I assumed a simple error on Smart Cellular's part and I reported this immediately. I have now spent the last 2 months in a circular conversation with the customer service team where I am promised resolution but we always end up at the same place - Smart Cellular will not refund me the cost of them because of health and hygiene. I do of course understand this point, however, I haven't used them because I CANNOT use the.
I have decided to walk away from this conversation because I am getting nowhere. Smart Cellular are simply wasting my time in the hope, I presume, that I will go away. A small error has now become a huge issue. So I would like to warn people that Smart Cellular do not care about customers after they have spent their money. Consequently I would NOT recommend Smart Cellular”
