“Did a lot of surfing as this is a competitive market but decided on Smart Cellular initially due to cost although happy with choice due to good communication as they kept me informed all through the process. Phone arrived in good time and looked pristine as that what was ordered. Haven’t turned in on as it’s a Christmas present but have no doubts that if there is an issue they will be happy to help.”

“Really Poor. I sent my phone in and I would have graded it as excellent, but they graded as good. If I go on their website and grade it as good, the offer £270.00. Strangely, they offered my £200.00 and when I declined upped it to £230.00 It felt like a bit of a scam to me, so I asked them to return my phone. That was 2 weeks ago and I have received nothing.”
