“Overall a good service, I ordered two iphone 16 pro's. They arrived in as new condition, which was great and in many ways better than I was expecting.
However I feel this was let down by poor delivery timing and communication. I was expecting both phones would be dispatched fairly swiftly and delivered together. Unfortunately the reality was one was sent after about 4-5 days, then a week later another was sent. I'm assuming that they don't actually hold the stock and that they claim to.”

“Product itself is in great condition, better than expected. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but I did order on the black Friday event. Only issue we had is the wrong colour was sent, trying to get hold of customer services was a nightmare, a solution of a partial refund was offered but as yet has not been actioned.”
“Ordered an iPhone 13 in pristine condition phone took ages to turn up when it did there was scratches all over the screen was sent back took ages to return another phone and when it turned up was the wrong phone . I'm still waiting for the correct phone ( 19/12/24) was ordered at the end of November and is is Christmas present for my 12 year old daughter so she will feel great when she finds out her dad has got nothing for her for Christmas. 2 phones delivered wrong and still no warranty card either .Email responses take ages online chat is a waste of time all u get is we understand you're frustration and nothing else no help at all . And as for phone calls they answered the 1st few times and now not answering at all !!! Thankyou for ruining my daughter's Christmas will never use this company again complete waste of time !!!!!”
“Would love to give a positive review but ordered two phones and only one has been delivered. Doesn't matter how many times I phone or email you can't get hold of anyone to resolve the problem. We're still a phone down and going to have one disappointed child at Christmas.
Smart Cellular, please don't respond with 'just email us' I'd done that three times and you haven't responded. Please just read your emails and resolve this as we are currently a lot of money out of pocket......... Would not recommend at this moment in time!”
“Overall my experience has been good. What i would say is that I am receiving emails regarding my trade in that already has been dealt with. Also I ordered 2 phones, with 5 days apart and the 1 i ordered later I have received and the 1st 1 i still have not from the 9th December”
