“Delighted with both phones, as described. Not so happy with poor communications , basically lied to by staff, obviously not in stock when order placed and just fobbed off when asked where the phone , allegedly sat for a week in their despatch department.”

“Delivery stated 2-3 days I ordered on 12th March.
I received an email informing it had been dispatched via Royal Mail on 14th March. .
On the 18th I was told it has not actually been dispatched
I desperately needed the phone within the 2-3 days advertised for my elderly mother who had no phone and needs emergency support. I would have paid extra for expedited shipping had I known.
Customer services was rude and unhelpful and really seemed not to care at all. If you need your phone quickly order elsewhere!”

“I bought an iPhone 11 which was faulty. I sent it back after a lot of hassle then you returned it to me claiming it's not faulty. Now I'm left with an £180 phone which doesn't work and can only get £80 for it in local shops because it's faulty. Your guarantee doesn't work and your customer service is terrible”
“Absolutely appalling, I ordered my phone last Friday, 7th March, with an expected delivery date of Tuesday and Wednesday this week. I took time off and waited for delivery, which did not arrive. I called customer service and was informed that my order would be with me by Friday. I have emailed and had no confirmation and no one has got back to me. I have called again this morning to be told that it hasn't been despatched yet, but she can escalate it and it could arrive tomorrow. Multiple times I was told that I could request a refund, but all I want is my phone that was paid for in full on 7th March”
