“Easily the worst service I've ever experienced since online shopping began.
I've now been waiting 17 days for my phone to arrive. Correction I've been waiting 17 days for it to even be dispatched. Almost impossible to speak to anyone in this disaster of a company. Only way I got a response was to open a PayPal dispute, which is still on going.
They won't refund me. They just expect me to keep waiting and waiting and waiting.

“I am disgusted with this company. Ordered an iPhone 12 mini in blue . Got an email to say it was on its way . Next day I get a call saying they actually didn’t have a blue one and would I accept a white phone , made it clear NO.
