“iPhone arrived, in great condition.
Although it didn’t take 3-5days to arrive, it took 3 weeks. After speaking with someone on the live chat they said it was due to arrive a week earlier. When it didn’t, I did worry I’d been scammed. But second time on the live chat, I expressed my concerns and they sent it enhanced delivery and it arrived 2 days later.
The live chat was not a quick service, I was on there for over a hour, perhaps calling would have been better? Better communication would have saved some stress.”

“Initially had an awful experience where no communication about delays of delivery was made. After several contacts and correspondence the team was able to reassure me of my delivery. I was nervous at some point of being scammed but they proved themselves right.

“Ordered a 14 pro phone for my daughter for Christmas, was getting a bit panicky as it took about 2 weeks to come instead of two days. Finally received the item and was in great condition apart from it wasn’t the colour I had ordered. However was too late to send back as Christmas was nearly upon us. “Purchased refurbed Apple iPhone 16 Pro. Approx 15% less than new cost. Arrived and product is totally ‘in-new’ condition. On initial set up, phone had issues with newer Apple IOS update, but this was NOTHING to do with the product or Smart Celluar, it was a well known to Apples software update problem, who fixed it quickly. I was apprehensive about using Smart Celluar as had not used them before, but very quick deliver of top-end product and when ever contacted sales/ support they responded within the day. I’d buy from them again without hesitation. Thanks.”
