“Sold my phone to them
They are such a big liars they first of all there website said they gonna pay me (£622)and I accepted that and dispatched my phone to them and when they received they said me that they gonna pay (£405) because your condition is not good and my phone condition was above than their requirements and when I asked them they started increasing (£10) in every mail thinks it’s a joke and then I said to them that I don’t want to sale you can send my phone back and nobody is answering my emails”

“Purchased a phone in mid November and it's still not delivered in mid December, I have missed my sons birthday and there's no contact from Smart Cellular. They have my money and I have no phone. One phone number does not work, the other never gets answered. They do not reply to emails and the chat bot just offers for you to play a game.
