“Well so much for next day delivery, as that didn't happen. I ordered a phone (samsung s20) before 3pm on Friday, an email confirmed it was on its way followed by another saying we'll let you know when it's on the way. It arrived on the following Tuesday. Also no phone charger!! Anyway so far so good with phone which seems fine and is working well. Despite the postal delay and no charger with an 18month guarantee I'm pretty happy. Hope this helps.

“Cannot be more happy with my purchase. I’ve been using my refurbished IPhone 12 Pro for a couple of weeks now and everything works perfectly. It was supposed to be in excellent conditions but I feel it was actually in pristine conditions! It took a bit more than a couple of days to arrive, about 8, so just keep in mind that it could arrive a bit later than the expected delivery date stated on the email. Their customer service is really helpful though if you need to check the status of your order via their chat!”

“I ordered an IPhone 13 Pro from these guys 2 weeks ago and paid out £374.99 (for Smart Cellular if you are reading order no 000085531, please sort it out). After a week I contacted them to ask where the phone was and they said there was a slight delay but the phone would be with me by the end of last week or middle of this week latest. It is now Weds later afternoon, 13 days since I paid for the phone, I've received zero. This really is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, after spending just shy of £400 I would expect much better, can't afford to lose that kind of money, can anyone? Confused about the good reviews on here although on another review site (Trustpilot) there are reviews stating they do offer rewards for posting a good review - eg free ear buds, more money for phone you are selling to them, voucher”
