“Purchased refurbed Apple iPhone 16 Pro. Approx 15% less than new cost. Arrived and product is totally ‘in-new’ condition. On initial set up, phone had issues with newer Apple IOS update, but this was NOTHING to do with the product or Smart Celluar, it was a well known to Apples software update problem, who fixed it quickly. I was apprehensive about using Smart Celluar as had not used them before, but very quick deliver of top-end product and when ever contacted sales/ support they responded within the day. I’d buy from them again without hesitation. Thanks.”

“Bought daughter a red s20fe it arrived and orange s20fe i wasn't bothered about colour really as phone looked on brilliant condition like new!!! “Before anything else; the phone I purchased for my daughter was in mint condition even though classed as good-an iPhone 13pro. The main reason I decided to use smart cellular was the good condition which was cheaper than other companies but slightly more expensive than say others average condition phones. Ordered at the beginning of December it took over 2.5 weeks to arrive and only 4 days before Christmas. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned. The online chat is your only means of support and it’s ok but can be frustrating when you’re trying to find stuff out whilst on limited times at work.”
