“Used site to sell an old iPad on 19th Sept 24, I have still not received payment (after accepting offer and being advised payment would be made) and after following up with several emails I no longer get responses to my queries. Do not use them.”

“Absolutely shocking Company, avoid at all costs. Bought a iPhone December 2023 which arrived 2 weeks late and was faulty, returned it twice but they could not fix it, I refused collection from the postman and it was returned to Smart Cellular. They have no idea where the phone is which is easily solved by using the tracking number they used to accept it back. They would not share the tracking number so I can do no more. The result is that I have lost nearly £300 and don't even have a faulty phone. STAY CLEAR”

“Ordered 2 iPhones from this company and have never receive them, they were due the 15th October and I have been fobbed off with every excuse going !! I have now asked for a refund and they are saying it will take 10 working days , going by my experience I am not holding out much hope - shambles of a company !!”

“I send and sold my phone in Aug over 10 weeks ago it was an iPhone 15 I have sent 26 emails and called 5 times for payment to be made with no response to make payment, after promises of calling me! They have in effect stole my device, I am contacting the police as we speak to report the device stolen! Rubbish company, thrives, never use them, they don’t answer the phone, or call you back please avoid them”
