“First time buying from this company I purchased a iPhone 12 with excesories I received the wrong phone and no excesories I was told next day delivery it took a week to come this was for Christmas I was fuming iv had to send it back left with no phone probably no phone for my daughters Christmas replacement won't come in time.”

“Do not buy from Smart Cellular. They claim 2 day delivery if you book by a certain time and take your money then tell you delivery will be in 5 working days. Refunds take two weeks to be returned to your account. Pirates of the worst kind.”

“Purchased an iphone11 which was supposed to be white & found when opened was black !!
contacted sales to which we came to an arrangement that a discount was in order & a set of new earbuds. Which i have recieved within 3 days. so i’m very happy with the service. Hopefully this was a one of due to the christmas rush as i need another second phone next year !!
