“I bought a Samsung 24 which I am happy with. There was an error with the headphones I was sent and apparently I have to bear the cost of this mistake. Now, after a ridiculously long set of email comms I can honestly say I would NOT recommend Smart Cellular, because their customer service is so poor.
When I bought my new phone I was asked if I would like to buy headphones/ earbuds to go with my phone. I naturally assumed I was buying wireless ear pods - after all the phone I was buying did not have a jack point and, by the way, at no point was there any reference to the ear phones being wired. Obviously I was surprised when I received wired earphones. I assumed a simple error on Smart Cellular's part and I reported this immediately. I have now spent the last 2 months in a circular conversation with the customer service team where I am promised resolution but we always end up at the same place - Smart Cellular will not refund me the cost of them because of health and hygiene. I do of course understand this point, however, I haven't used them because I CANNOT use the.
I have decided to walk away from this conversation because I am getting nowhere. Smart Cellular are simply wasting my time in the hope, I presume, that I will go away. A small error has now become a huge issue. So I would like to warn people that Smart Cellular do not care about customers after they have spent their money. Consequently I would NOT recommend Smart Cellular”

“I ordered a phone in ‘excellent condition’. The phone that was forwarded (image attached) had a 4 cm vertical and a 3 cm diagonal gash across its screen.
I advised Smart Cellular of this issue by email (with image) on 20th May, which was followed up by a phone call to the company.
By the Company's own definition the condition of the phone fell very short of its definition of light signs of wear on the body and screen.
Having followed up (and received the automated responses with a promise of contact), I am still waiting any engagement and 14(!) days have now elapsed.
Surely, the measure of any company is its ability to effectively deal with issues when they arise and, at the very least, meaningfully engage with its customers.
The answer can never be to over promise and fail to deliver.
For peace of mind, I would recommend going to another company for your refurbished phone.”
