“I ordered a phone that was meant to arrive a few days ago, I've had no updates at all from the company and have had to persistently message to try and find out what's happening. All I've been told is there's a delay. No-one seems to be able to update me on why it's taking so long. I'm very disappointed as I bought from the site for the quick delivery time. “The phone is fine but it was dispatched very very late and communication was poor. I messaged many times to find out where the phone was as it was needed by a certain date. Replies were very slow and didn’t explain when the phone would arrive. When I asked for a refund, I was told it had ‘just been dispatched’ so I would have to return it by a certain date for a refund. (This wasn’t the case as the postal service didn’t mark it as dispatched until the following day). I had explained several times that as it was very late nobody would be there to receive it but it fell on deaf ears. I had to contact the courier to rearrange delivery which was extra hassle as we were away at the time.”

“Smart Cellular made buying another phone very easy. I have used re-conditioned phones for some years now and prefer the economy. I like having a good phone but being a pensioner with limited IT skills I have never needed to have a 'state of the art device' so the leap from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 12 gave me a significant jump in capability without a massive hike in cost - that works for me!
