• 8 Oct: Finally a delivery but the wrong item!
• 8 Oct: Request for refund
• 12 Oct: Returned the incorrect item by collection by Royal Mail
• 15 Oct: Confirmation from Smart Cellular that refund being made
• 25 Oct: Chase-up email to Smart Cellular
• 31 Oct: Chase-up email to Smart Cellular
• 8 Nov: Chase-up email to Smart Cellular
• 8 Nov: Reply from Smart Cellular requesting bank details to enable a bank transfer
• 8 Nov: Bank details provided to Smart Cellular
• 15 Nov: Chase-up email to Smart Cellular
• 23 Nov: Chase-up email to Smart Cellular
• 25 Nov: Reply from Smart Cellular requesting bank details to enable a bank transfer
• 25 Nov: Bank details provided to Smart Cellular
• 30 Nov Refund still not made by Smart Cellular therefore raised dispute via Credit Card company”
“I ordered an Iphone 12 pro for my sons 14th Birthday in pristine condition. It was dispatched really quickly and when inspected it was definitely in pristine condition as advertised. Not a single mark can be seen. It arrived like a brand new phone. I was concerned about the battery as many reviews state poor battery life however the battery was 90% capacity which was impressive. Would recommend buying a pristine condition refurbished phone and will be doing so myself again in the future.”
