“I have tried to make contact for 2 weeks now about a phone I ordered that hasn't came. Despite getting an email saying it had been dispatched, I got another email to say it is delayed and no further communication, just automated emails saying they will be in contact within 2 days, which they never are. “I ordered a phone in November 28th with delivery promised by December 1st.
On December 5th I am still waiting. I have phoned multiple times but calls are never answered and have messagedvand emailed multiple times.
