No good useless shambles of a company zero customer service no info on orders all relevant information and contact will be getting passed to trading standards

Absolutely shocking Customer service! I have been trying to contact you via phone and email for the last week regarding a faulty handset & have STILL heard nothing from you. Your phone number goes to voicemail 'no one available to take my call' (regardless of what day or time of day I call), your webchat operatives tell me to email and my emails are met with 'sorry you're experiencing a delay with your delivery' (which tells me you're not even reading my email)? Please contact me via return or I will resort to 'X' to see if that can generate any attention!

I have tried to make contact for 2 weeks now about a phone I ordered that hasn't came. Despite getting an email saying it had been dispatched, I got another email to say it is delayed and no further communication, just automated emails saying they will be in contact within 2 days, which they never are. I will be requesting a refund VIA PayPal.

I haven't had the chance to fully go over the phone just yet as it's a Christmas present. However what I have seen, the phone looks to be in great condition, I've switched it on and started adjusting the phone phone ready for my child and so far so good. Really happy with it so far and definitely recommend.

I ordered a phone in November 28th with delivery promised by December 1st. On December 5th I am still waiting. I have phoned multiple times but calls are never answered and have messagedvand emailed multiple times. I get few responses and those I do get just fob me off with excuses about delays due to a busy period. This has been going on for over a week. Customer service is appalling. Be warned

I ordered a pristine Apple Iphone 13 Pro on a black friday deal although having done a lot of research Smart Cellular even without the black friday deal were still the cheapest for the phone I wanted and offered the longest warranty of 18 months. I received the new phone 2 days later. I was very impressed with the phone there was not a mark or scratch on it and came with all the charging cables and transferring the data across from my old Iphone 7 to this new Iphone 13 was so simple. Thank you Smart Cellular I would have no hestation in recommending your company to any of my friends of family who what to purchase a refurbished mobile phone.

Impossible to make contact by phone, only by email. Delivery was delayed by 7 days, for some reason. Phone is in good condition, like new, and seems to work alright - time will tell.
