“Ordered a white iPhone 12 which at the time of ordering was apparently in stock but a day later I was offered a ‘Midnight’ one. Apple don’t do an iPhone 12 in Midnight so i assumed it would be black which it was when it arrived. It is supposed to be in ‘pristine’ condition, I would say it was ‘good’ , it did have a few scratches around the camera bezels, other than that it is fine. It did arrive very quickly and overall I’m pleased with purchase.”

“Appalling customer service. Ordered a brand new phone on the 16th of July and each week I am informed it will be with me at the end of the week. Each week I have to chase for an update to which I am responded to with a generic email informing me there is a “slight” delay. Clearly the customer service agent has not read the long trail of emails and is copying and pasting her shoddy response.
I have on numerous occasions asked for an exact delivery date so I do not need to keep chasing.
Surprised that this company has had good reviews. Shocking.
3-5 working day delivery and still waiting 1 month later.”

“I've bought 2 phone from Smartcellular. Both are Samsungs and both appear to be very good condition as specified on the website. The prices represented great value for money and both were delivered in a very timely manner.
The first came in a Samsung box, we've had it for 9months and very pleased with it. The second came in a brown generic box, the sim card metal pin was missing but we were able to use the earlier one. I would use Smartcellular again.”
