“I ordered a red iPhone 11 for my daughter. I got a call and email to say would I like black instead as they could despatch next day. I replied to say no, it had to be red as it was a present. I was told no problem. I then had to chase delivery a few times as a week went by with no delivery and on my 3rd chase I got a reply saying it would be despatched soon. I finally got a Royal Mail tracking number a week later. The phone arrived the following day. It was meant to be in good condition but I would say it’s more fair as there are a lot of scratches on the screen. When buying refurbished phones from other sources the phones have been in better condition than this. Not sure I’d purchase from here again.”

“I purchased a refurbished iPhone X recently. It was delivered fairly promptly and was indeed in the pristine condition that it claimed to be.
It was bought as a present for someone and the user is VERY happy with it.
However, I ordered a silver phone but was sent a rose gold phone instead. Smart Cellular apologised for this immediately and offered a part refund of £10 if I was willing to keep the phone, which I was happy to do. 2 months later though, I am still waiting for my refund…”

“I ordered 2 phones. 1 didn’t arrive and I had to cancel it.
The other arrived with dents on the bottom ( meant to be pristine) and is filthy. I complained. Was offered £10 off which I think is an insult and I have emailed twice since and had no reply.
Shocking service.
Would not recommend anyone to use this company .”

“ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS joke of a so called company, sold my phone to these cowboys got an email after I sent my device to them saying my offer had be revised and they took £400 off my offer of my immaculate I phone, declined offer and paid for my device to get returned, that was well over 8 weeks ago and have ignored every email I have sent asking where my device is, nothing but thieves, trading standards and the police will be getting informed, avoid these cowboys like the plague.”
