“Customer service is TERRIBLE. Told me phone was delivered and should be with me by 3 days. 3 calls and 2 weeks later they say phone was already dispatched even though I didn’t get a tracking number. 2 weeks later after that they say phone was not dispatched even though they’ve said countless of times that it has, didn’t even apologise for lying to me or the very long wait. Phone got with me after a month and one week of ordering not 1 or 2 days like they say. Absolutely terrible, would not order from here again. If u want a phone I suggest ordering from somewhere else like the back market website.”

“I traded my phone in almost 5 weeks ago now and still not received payment for it, I have tracking which they confirmed was correct and the device was received (3 weeks ago) after sending numerous emails starting after I had no further further updates for a week I have still not been told what the issue is and haven’t heard anything at all for 2 weeks bar their online chat which have told me the case has been “escalated” which at this point I just don’t believe.
Frustrated as the first part of the process was very straight forward and easy but now left wishing I’d used another business.”

“This company is absolutely ludicrous. They send me messages saying my phone is on contract when it isn't. I sent them an invoice as well and they still keep saying it is. I was offered 835 pounds for this when quoted and now they're saying 550 pounds. I don't know why they aren't looking at my invoice which says it's not on contract”

Apple could have shipped me a phone directly from china with faster delivery!
On 4/10/2024 they issued tracking link via paypal, tracking link does not work, or is fake! Unless you want to throw away over 1K avoid these people at all costs!”

“I ordered 2 reconditioned iphone 12 minis from Smart Cellular, one for me and one for my wife. Despite the fact that SC offered a £15 discount per order, I ordered them together because I felt it was rather unfair to make two orders out of it. Lo and behold, for some reason they arrived separately anyway, one a couple of days after the other, so I might as well have placed 2 orders and claimed the additional £15! Nevertheless, the phones look pristine and we are very pleased with them.”
