“Ordered one colour, was offered a slightly different colour at higher spec, accepted this so ewas happy, delivery prompt and well packed. had an issue recieving texts but after contact with the carrier provider decided it was a sim issue, now waiting for a replacement sim.”
“Took 2 weeks to arrive when website said order now for next day delivery and then Email confirmed 3-5 business days Product in my opinion is not in excellent condition but good condition, would have sent back but due to being without a mobile phone for 2 weeks needed a phone. “Mostly okay? I ordered two phones for my kids and got one tracking number so naturally assumed they were both in the same package. One arrived (the cheap one), condition was fine, worked as it should, and I kept waiting for the other for a couple of days....nothing. I contacted them and they then said it (the more expensive phone) hadn't been dispatched yet, and they dispatched it the same day. Got that one to find they'd sent the wrong colour, it hadn't been factory reset and still had apps running. They've offered £10 back. So not the best but not the worst ever...probably won't use again.”

Firstly, I ordered a black Iphone 13 in excellent condition. When the phone arrived, I did not feel it was in excellent condition.
Got in touch with an agent via email, returned the phone for a refund, and re-ordered the phone this time in white. The phone was received and it's in the excellent condition I was hoping for.
Not a 5 star as I feel the wait times are longer than I would like. 14 working days for a refund seems excessive.
The moral of the story, is if you're not happy, get in touch with customer services.”

Purchased a handset in Excellent condition. The order confirmation email stated I had bought a handset in Good condition. After contacting them, they said it was their mistake but they would send a phone in Excellent condition.
Handset took ages to arrive. At one point they sent an email with an order status update which ... did not include the status of the order.
They also mention that you can check the status of your order online, but there is (another) bug that doesn't allow you to login to your account or reset your password.
Received the phone. It was not in excellent or good or even fair condition. Full of scratches everywhere. Emailed back saying that this was not a phone in excellent condition. They've asked me to send the handset back, which I did out of my own pocket. Meanwhile they did not process my refund and they refuse to answer any of my emails.
I will post my bad experience with Smart Cellular on every website I find where you can leave a review.”
