“After searching for the LitheAudio Outdoor Speaker, I found Smart Home to have the speaker. Many of the other resellers had the speaker as being in inventory online... Only to call and find that the reseller was out off stock. However, when I checked online with Smart Home Sounds, they was online inventory. So I immediately called to place an order. To be received by a pleasant customer service rep on the other end of the phone. She explained that they were in stock. And when I asked if she do better on the price.... She gave me a 5% discount. I expected to receive the order in a week or two... However, I received the order in four days. I'm very happy with the service and the product. Thank you.”
