“I ordered my speakers during the covid pandemic and the service I received was great my order when through no bother and was delivered pretty quick considering the circumstances. “I normally buy tech stuff from Amazon or John Lewis, but I came across Smart Home Sounds on YouTube while researching Smart Speakers and so had a look at their website. I was able to ask a lot of technical questions via their chat line prior to purchasing a Sonos One 2 gen. Prompt and free delivery, free 6 year guarantee. I can highly recommend them. As far as the Sonos One 2 Gen is concerned I am more than happy with it. I am an avid Classical Music fan and the Sonos app enables use of my preferred streaming service, Primephonic, seamlessly. The sound quality is superb , both at low level and high level.”

My local independent supplier didn't have any stock so trying Smart Home Sounds was a good step. Their online webchat was fast and friendly and helped me with a question about ordering.
