“Smart Home Sounds price matched another website on a SONOS soundbar and sub-woofer and deducted another £5 just to beat it. It then offered 12 months interest free when the other site was charging an APR because of the discounted price - amazingly the finance was coming from the same company. Throughout the ordering process Amy the online chat assistant could not be more helpful answering numerous questions and advising on how to get the best out of the website. Next day free delivery. A top online company - impressed.”

“I used web chat and operator was very well informed about the product I was interested in and checked stock levels ( before I even asked). The free next day delivery was a great extra bonus. I would definitely use you again and recommend you to friends.”

“Just after Xmas I decided to treat myself to a pair of SONOS speakers, the player and sub to compliment my existing setup. I'd searched for months to look for special offers, but lets face it, these things are popular and so the price doesn't vary to much from place to place, however, Smart Home Sounds were at least £75 cheaper than the next best price I could find. When I spoke to the staff at the shop they were both polite and knowledgeable. I like this. They gave me all the info I needed and were happy to do so. The best bit about all this though, is that when I decided to buy from them, at 4 o'clock on the Tuesday the stuff was delivered by 1030 next day! This company want your business and from the experience I had, deserve it. When I need anything else AV wise (and I want a new TV in the next few months) this company will be the first place I look. If I could rate this company any higher I would, deffo a 6 out of 5 type thing. Oh, I don't work for them or know anybody that does. About the product I bought, it's effin' great. Super easy to set up, very pleasing to look at and the sound, oh my god, the sound is brilliant. OK just over a thousand pounds is a lot of money for some people, but if you can afford it I assure you, you won't be disappointed.”

“I ordered the Sonos sub on Fri 30th and as promised it arrived on Sat morning within the one hour advised delivery slot so I could enjoy the New Years entertainment at the next level. Another comforting fact was the delivery driver asked my wife's surname b4 asking her to sign for the delivery to ensure it had arrived with the correct person. Brilliant”
