“All good so far. I chose to part finance my purchase which was smooth and simple. The kit was delivered for no extra charge on a Saturday and everything does what it says on the box. Hopefully Ill never need the 6 year warranty but that played a big part in me choosing these guys over the competition.”

“Just bought two Sonos One SL's to add to my Sonos system I have four play 5's 1st and 2nd generation , two Play 1's, a Beam and the recent purchase brings it to nine all bought from Smart Home Sounds due to the excellent service they supply, loyalty discount and free next day delivery. “As a first customer I can only sing praise for the company. I received friendly helpful service on the website. I was comparing deals online and Smart home sounds provided me with the best deal. The real deal breaker was the 6 year warranty guarantee which no other website could offer. The friendly customer service live chat pointed me in the right direction and left me with a no brainer. I received the product next day as stated. Will use website again to purchase sound equipment.”

“Prior to purchasing my Sonos Beam I contacted SHS with my TV system details. I was given a very detailed and professional answer to my queries about how my system would interact with the Beam. A few days later I purchased my Beam through SHS. After a few days use all is working very well with fantastic results. Very happy, especially with 6 year warranty and I'm now a SHS VIP, eligible for future discounts. I highly recommend purchasing your Sonos needs through SHS.”
