Thank you for your feedback. Ive looked into this and can see you received a notification that your parcel had left us and was out for delivery the next day. Ive then noted you changed your delivery date with our courier to new years eve to suit, unfortunately I can see there was a delay to this delivery due to the nature of the day. I can only apologise on behalf of our courier who normally offer fantastic service as most of our reviews agree. Once again thank you for your custom and I offer my apologies on behalf of our courier.

“AS per my previous purchase, excellent service. I Ordered my Sub on Dec 23 3.30pm delivered Dec 24 on a timed free delivery 11.00pm. What more could you want? oh and a great product as well to complete my Sonos line up. I will return again later in the year for a Play 5. It's nice to do business with a small company with real customer service values. Superb”

“Excellent Customer Service, I have bought Sonos equipment from Smart Home Sounds twice now and I cant fault them at all from the first contact to the shiny new equipment arriving at my door, You get free next day delivery, friendly helpful staff and they will happily price match. personally I don't know why anyone would go somewhere else as I wont.”

“Fantastic Service - Ordered the SONOS SUB online and wanted to collect on that day. Everything was organised very efficiently and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. I am thrilled with my purchase. I can totally recommend the SUB to anyone thinking of purchasing. The sound quality and the sheer power is phenomenal - If you live in an apartment, don't let the thought of your neighbours put you off purchasing. The SUB is fully adjustable via the App to ensure an acceptable level of sound without causing a nuisance to your neighbours. From my experience of Smart Home Sounds so far I would totally recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a Sonos system.”

“Responded to price match guarantee within 24 hours and delivery was as swift and as they also use a logistic company that use "Predict" then you know to the hour when your parcel is to be delivered. Product was also well packaged. Would certainly use Smart Home Sounds again and would certainly recommend them.”

“I came across Smart Home Sounds via Google when looking to buy Sonos speakers. There website was easy to navigate and I loved the fact that they had online support to speak to. The support rep online was fantastic. So knowledgeable and helpful. I mentioned to them that I found the speakers cheaper and told them the website which were offering cashback for 3 days only. True to their word, they not only price matched the speakers but beat the price and gave me a discount code straight away. I looked for several days before buying the speakers and no where could touch the prices. Not only are the prices great but the overall experience was simply brilliant. I ordered my speakers at 3:58pm (2 minutes before the cut off for next day delivery) and the speakers arrived at my house by 9:30am the following morning. AMAZING! I will always use Smart Home Sounds for Sonos and could not recommended them enough! Best price, amazing knowledge and customer service and all wrapped up with free next day delivery! If you can find a better company for Sonos let me know and I will personally buy you your speakers!”

“Very good service with my speaker purchase this week as it was bought on the Saturday and was delivered on the Tuesday and that was despite my change of colour request made to them. The speakers were well protected by bubble wrap and an additional carrier box. I would have no reservation in using again.”

“I have to say guys I was very impressed. Spoke on the phone to confirm you had stock of the items I wanted and placed the order online straight away (5pm last Friday) and the delivery was next morning at 9am. You can't really ask for more than that! Would definitely further Sonos purchases through yourselves. You did well - very well! Mark, Staffordshire”

“You are starting from a position of strength selling Sonos, lovely speakers.... but the website is easy to get around, your price is less than Amazon, Curry's etc and you deliver next day for no extra cost. The delivery turned up exactly when you said it would, was well packaged , undamaged and is now opened and sounding great.”
