“I discovered Smart Home Sounds while checking prices for the Sonos Beam. They were no cheaper then anyone else at the time, but offered a standard 6 year warranty. Which Is at least 4 years longer than anyone else! This plus good reviews and free next day delivery sold it to me. I can confirm I received my Beam, which was well boxed very quickly via Dpd. I must also mention their excellent website which is well designed, very clear and attractive to look at and use. I will definitely use Smart Home Sounds again if I purchase any more Sonos items. Recommended.”

“I have bought several Sonos speakers from Smart Home Sounds and can highly recommend them. The ordering process is easy and the speakers are delivered the next day - the delivery firm tracker (dpd) is excellent and lets you know when the delivery is going to be made which means you can carry on with normal life rather than wait in all day. In summary, I am very impressed by Smart Home Sounds.”

“Very good to deal with but there are serious and irresolvable lip sync issues with the Beam that affect a wide range of TV makes and models. Research the Sonos community about the issue if you are considering the Beam for 5.1 surround sound.”

“I have never used them before but their price was keen. John Lewis would not match and with the free extended warranty on the SONOS speakers and free Saturday delivery, what's not to like? All turned up, as expected as ordered. I'll be back.....”

“Delighted with my purchase from Smart Home Sounds. It arrived well packaged and was able to set up the Sonos Beam no problem. The Play:1’s will be set up at a later date. One of the packages arrived a day late (not uncommon in the Highlands of Scotland!) but the customer service provided by Smart Home Sounds was excellent in tracking the package and updating me as to the progress of delivery. Very good company to deal with.”

“I had been considering the 5.1 setup of the sonos system for over a year and decided to go ahead with the purchase through smart home. The sonos setup is amazing, I'm so glad I went ahead with it... Definitely superiur sound and quality. I've had nearly 1st class service all round the only thing I 29uof suggest to smart hole sound is plz don't use DHL to deliver they split up half of my order and I had to wait an extra 2 days to recieve my goods.. Not smart holes fault but I'm sure I won't have been the only person this has happened to so thought I'd make the suggestion.”
