“The sonos one deal was a really good deal and the interest free credit was easy to arrange. I wish I'd bought my beam through Smart Home Sounds. Although it was the same price, I'd have got my extended warranty free of charge.”

“amazing company. I recently decided to order a sonos play 1 after attending a family party, we did have 5 Bose multi room speakers around our house but they constantly failed when we needed them. so after receiving the play 1 we instantly placed an order for 2 more and I'm sure this is only the start. amazing customer service from smart home sound we had emailed them regarding shipping and almost instantly got a reply back sorting the issue 10/10 customer service and will be highly recommending them.”

“I have made several "Sonos Equipment" purchases over the last few months from your Company. All enquiries have been dealt with by your member of staff named "Jonathan". I have always found Jonathan to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant when making my initial enquiries and following them up to purchase. I could not have wished for better service. Well Done The Sonos Beam and other speakers that I have purchased are all set up and working extremely well. Again thanks to advice given to me both verbally and by e-mail from Jonathan. “This is a repeat purchase of a Sonos product from this supplier, this time I purchased the new Sonos Beam. Great service all round, easy website, good communication and prompt response to email query sent prior to order. Item arrived within timescale and timeslot allocated and this supplier gives a free extended warranty and is the cheapest price around. All in all a great product from a great supplier, would recommend and use again.”

“Friendly, knowledgable and helpful -SHS customer service has been faultless in my experience (7 Sonos products bought from them now). Excellent delivery arrangements with a company that gives accurate time slots, and a 6 year warranty, add to the customer experience. Finally they are keen to compete at the till and, despite offering all the above, are still prepared to match other offers I have found. As such they remain my first port of call for any Sonos items.”
